The Friends of the Salmon River will present our new campaign to invigorate the shores of the Salmon River with native tree plantings. We welcome your ideas and participation in a broad-ranging discussion.
Lindsay Nash has years of experience in tree planting and care, shoreline health and outreach to the community. She can help landowners with planting plans, choosing species and sourcing seedlings. Friends of the Salmon River can help with shoreline visits, finding funding for seedlings, and coordination of projects.
Whether you live on the shoreline or simply love the river, this is a great opportunity to learn how native plantings can help protect and strengthen our local ecosystem.
